A vegetable, fruit smoothie against bad temper!

Recipie

1 nashi pear or ordinary pear

a few slices of pineapple

2 carrots

2 tomatoes

5 sticks celery

you may add a herb of your favorite choice

mix in a mixer and serve! you could add lemon or orange juice but its optional! dont add salt or sugar( this will make it unhealthy)
