In the summertime, when the weather is hot… it’s nice to eat something cold. And just because it doesn’t always have to be ice cream, this week’s Eat This shows you how to make a delicious koude schotel (cold dish) containing lots of vegetables and some smoked fish. We used salmon, halibut and shrimps, but you can use prawns or any other smoked fish as well.
