I am a fan of Flanders

This recipe is one you will probably be familiar with, as quiche is a firm favourite in Flanders and has been for a long time. The dish is not complicated and can be prepared with a wide variety of different ingredients, creating many different flavours. Here we cook a salmon and leek quiche, but another very popular choice is with cheese and ham. You can have fun making up your own combinations at home, but first here is taste of tradition… quiche met zalm en prei.
