For the first time i saw wild garlic or “Daslook” as they call it in Dutch, in a supermarket in Aalst!

For the first time i saw wild garlic or

Racked my brains for a good recipie and then i thought , we do make chapathis and parathas with “methi” ( fenugreek) leaves in India, and so why not try with wild garlic leaves, it came out perfect. I am serving it with a bit of wild garlic pesto! Indian- Italian combination! 🙂 Sonia Gandhi would love this!
